This hotel is conveniently situated within easy walking distance to great dining options and local attractions. The rooms are spacious, modern and extremely comfortable, designed with integrated bathrooms and comfortable bedding. The staff is attentive and responsive to your needs from check-in to check-out. Breakfast is primed with a lot of options and served to satisfy every taste.
But, the hotel's soundproofing is relatively weak and this can be inconvenient to some guests.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, as it was easy to find breakfast spots and transportation options nearby. The room size was good, and the shower was comfortable.

Great location with easy access to free parking was a real bonus. The helpful staff provided a delightful snack upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Although the room lacked a window, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower was fantastic with a consistent and warm water supply. The breakfast was a real highlight, and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. We also appreciated the opportunity to explore the city on foot and discover local breakfast options.
The distance from the HSR station, but this is due to the station's location and not the hotel's fault. However, it was not a major issue, and we found ways to travel around the area.

The rooms at Q21 were spacious and beautifully furnished, making for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern bathroom design and the incredibly cozy beds. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby breakfast spots and YouBike rentals. Despite the lack of windows in our room, the air conditioning was excellent and the shower system provided warm and consistent water supply. The staff at Q21 were extremely helpful and made us feel warmly welcomed, even during a busy period. To top it all off, the breakfast provided delicious options that my family thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Kaohsiung.

The hotel's location is great, near to some bike rentals and walking distance to important tourist places like the MRT station. , the staff was helpful and offered us a snack at check-in.
The room lacked windows, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic, and the breakfast wasn't as good as we expected. we expected more from the hotel.
